The inclined plate settler module (PSM ) is design for the removal of suspended solids by gravity and PSM require only ? of the floor space of conventional clarifiers, and low ceiling requirements are a major benefit.

| The installation of PSM by insert the plate settler modules in sedimentation basins. The flow within the basin passes upward through the plate modules and exist from the basin above the plate modules. The solids that settle out in within the plate move by mean of gravity counter currently downward and out of the plate to the basin bottom. To be self-cleaning, the standard plate settler modules are design at an angle 60 degree to compromise of the plate efficiency and self-cleaning characteristic to ensure the sludge do not accumulate with in the plate |

The multiple installation of PSM is very simple on construction structural by crane and can be bolts together in parallel on front, rear and both side, the un limit installation of PSM can be meet the any design flow rate
Plate cleaning Even though PCM design for self cleaning but to control biological growths and the production of odors, the accumulate solids must be flushed out periodically maintenance with a high pressure hose, the PSM made from high quality plastic and stainless steel structural that strong enough for cleaning with high pressure hose
